With so many great NASSP members and attendees taking time out of their busy schedules to make it to our conference every year, we always try to identify ways we can continue to make these three days of learning better and better for all those who attend.
During last year’s conference, we heard from some attendees that they didn’t have as much time as they would have liked to devote to the exhibit hall, with all the concurrent sessions and other learning opportunities filling their schedules.
In response to that, we’ve extended the exhibit hall hours this year to ensure that attendees have more time to spend in the hall before, after, or between sessions. NASSP puts a lot of work into finding great exhibitors who offer a host of services and products that we know will be beneficial to our attendees so we want to make sure you all have plenty of time to take advantage of those opportunities.
Your first chance to get a look at the exhibit hall will be tonight, during the welcome reception from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday’s hours will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the hall will be open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Plan some time over the next three days to meet the exhibitors and explore the many different types of services they offer, including professional development, school safety, technology resources, scholarship and financial aid resources, health education, curriculum resources, and career guidance.
The exhibit hall is in the Lone Star Ballroom, located on the second floor of the conference center. A full list of exhibitors can be found in the Conference Program or on the Ignite 2014 mobile app.
