National Principals Month (NPM) happens every October and is a month-long celebration of school leaders and what they do to help students succeed. We ask that you and your students join the celebration by participating in activities such as planning a celebration for your school leader, sending them e-cards, and posting about them on social media using #ThankaPrincipal. The results are in! Over 50 videos were submitted for the 2015 National Principals Month video contest, and four winners have been selected (two schools tied for third place). The contest called for students to make a one- to two-minute video giving “props” to their principal—telling us why they love their principal and what he or she means to the students, school, and community. The winning schools will each receive a $200 Best Buy gift card.
First place: Henry Hudson Regional School, New Jersey
